After the fantastic success of our Northern Client forum in Derby last November, we are very pleased to announce our next FREE southern-based client forum to be held on 22nd February at the Holiday Inn Express just off junction 16 on the M4 near Swindon. We chose this location for it's great facilities and excellent central location and road links.
The forums are FREE product sessions that will give you invaluable information about our new releases, "tip-and-tricks" on using Accura, and a great opportunity to meet and spend one-on-one time with our training and support staff. This is a rare opportunity to meet the people you speak to almost daily by telephone and pick their brains.
We'll also have some promotional offers which are exclusive to attendees and only valid on the day!
We will shortly be sending out written invitations and an email broadcast so we can can confirm interest and gauge numbers for catering purposes. For anyone wishing to stay over we have negotiated a great rate with the hotel, just let us know your requirements and we'll give you a code to quote when you book.
This event is open to anyone within our client base, and more than one person from each company can attend. We are pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting for the first time at Graphics of the Americas, 1st-3rd of March, in Miami Florida - Booth No. 233. This trade show is the major print trade event on the East coast and attracts and audience from the USA and Latin America.
We hope it will give us greater brand awareness within the USA, and we will be using the show as a platform to find a reseller partner on the East Coast where PaperlinX group do not currently have a presence. |

We're really excited to announce a NEW programme of national "Client Forums"... So what are they?
The forums are FREE product sessions that we'll be running in regional business centres around the UK for an audience of invited clients only. The forums, as the name suggests are designed to give our clients "a voice"... to make feature requests, feedback and discuss their experiences and more. You'll be able to meet members of the training, support, and account management team. We hope the forums will prove popular and if they do we will aim to run them annually.
Our first client forum will be held on 23rd November 2011 in the Holiday Inn Express, East Midlands airport. This venue was chosen for it's good road links and excellent facilities. The format of the day will be a "drop-in when you can" basis split into two sessions - one morning, one afternoon. The programme of topics will be repeated in each and you don't have to attend both to see it all.
We will be sending out an email broadcast to all clients within a targeted postcode area surrounding East Midlands, and you'll also receive a telephone call so that we can confirm interest and gauge numbers for catering.
This represents a unique opportunity to meet our team, and have questions answered first-hand. It might be you don't think you're using Accura fully, you have some ideas, or you just need some guidance. You might be interested in hearing about our future plans or previewing unreleased products.

We are very pleased to be exhibiting for the first time this November 10th012th at Graphics Canada in Toronto on booth No. 2711 in Hall 2.
Graphics Canada is the largest printing exhibition in Canada, and nearly 3 times bigger than PrintWorld (which we have previously attended). This year we have our own booth situated in hall 2, alongside our partners PaperlinX group who have a large presence on booth no. 2430. We will be demonstrating the latest version (version 4.50) of Accura with over 50 new enhancements, along with AccuraOnline our e-commerce solution with previews of the artwork editing component. |

May is a busy month for us, because our team will be split across TWO major trade shows, one here in the UK and one in Sydney Australia. We are very pleased that Accura will be exhibiting at Northprint 2011 from May 10th-12th at the Harrogate Exhibition Centre on stand number M224.
This marks a return to our support of the show, after we decided not to attend in 2009 due to the poor take-up of exhibitors that year. We will be demonstrating the latest pre-release version of Accura (version 4.50), along with live demonstrations of our AccuraOnline e-commerce solution, which uniquely synchronises in real-time between web site and the MIS.

| Accura-MIS to exhibit at Printex 2011, 4 - 6th May in Sydney |

We are very pleased that Accura will be exhibiting at Printex 2011 from May 4th-6th at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre in Darling Harbour on stand number 2422.
This will be the second time we have exhibited at this show, which is run every 4 years and is the premier printing trade show in south-west Australia. The event provides a great launch pad for our new partnership with our Australian partners Ideal Solution - who will also be helping us to man the stand.
We will be presenting demonstrations of the latest version 4.50 release of Accura which includes over 40 news features/enhancements, along with new developments in the AccuraOnline e-commerce module.
